Kendall Van Sant
The sculpture of Kendall Van Sant is acclaimed by sportsmen and art collectors alike. Kendall works in bronze and fine wood, such as mahogany.
His sculptures include sailfish, redfish. tarpon, marlin and blue herons. He's one of the few artists who handles every aspect of bronze sculpting, from concept and clay to pouring and patination. Each "wildlife art" work is on the cutting edge of naturalism. Yet they're not mirror images of nature. "I could never duplicate the utter wonder of our creator's works," says Kendall. "I distill the essence of wildlife and interpret it."
